A Good Find Deserves a Giveaway
To celebrate I'd like to give someone a $25 gift code to buy something you find pretty – or comforting, humorous, enjoyable or utilitarian – on Amazon.
To enter, comment below telling me about an impulse purchase you've made and love (or hate), or something else spontaneous you've done. For extra entries, follow Rainy Days on Google Friend Connect or Networked Blogs (lower left sidebar - one entry each) and leave an additional comment for each extra entry.
This giveaway will start on 3/15/11 and end at 11:59 pm Pacific time on 3/28/11. Open to US and Canadian residents 18+. Limit one initial entry per person. I'll pick a winner using random.org and notify you by email, so be sure your email address is either in your profile or in your comment.

My Mustang Convertible was an impulse purchase cause I didn't know it was going to happen but I have however wanted one for decades! It's a love/hate relationship cause it's my dream come true but it's not a cheap dream!

Sah-weet! Thanks for the giveaway! Hope I win! :D
I think my favorite impulse purchase would be the countless bouquets of flowers that I've picked up as I walk to the check out at the grocery - although I never go in planning on buying them, they always make me smile.

I bought this "golf skirt" from Target (online) and hate it. Ick. It's going back. I saw it online at a good price and didn't even think about it, just bought it.

On a whim, I bought a candle for which I spent $18. This was impulsive because I walked into the gift shop and they were burning this scent and I liked it then. Hardly use it now.

Thanks for the giveaway...I tend to browse bookshops & often make impulse buys of books; would have to say I am disappointed only about 20% of the time with the purchase.

I put off getting an iPod forever and a day, and then one day on a whim I purchased one and I love it!
Another thing I did on a whim was suggest to my hubby on the spur of the moment that we travel to London (a first for us both at the time) and he agreed, and we booked it and had a wonderful, wonderful time.

I spontaneously bought a golf club online and i am so glad that I did because it is great and I found out that it is like twice as much as I paid for it.

I am quite cheap, so I dont make many impulsive buys...The most spontaneous thing I have done is marry my husband after just dating for a couple months. We eloped in Vegas.
